That flag is the flag of the Polish Catholic Scouting Organisation.

Trusting that Antonio Gutierrez image was not so inaccurate anyway, I'd ask about the evident similarity between this flag and the Templar's "beausant"... Any monk warrier order connection I'd expect in Poland would be with the Teutonic Knights, not with the Templars...

This Polish organisation is a member of the "Union Internationale des Guides et Scouts d´Europe" (or "Féderation du Scoutisme Europeen").

• square, vertical bicolour, white at hoist; used for ceremonies;
  and
• rectangular, horisontal bicolour, white on top; used for ???
