Description of the flag

The flag of the Russian Krai Khabarovsk was adopted 14 july 1994. It is white over blue, with a dark green triangle on the hoist, the point of the triangle 90 degrees. Proportions of the flag 2:3.

Civic heraldry of Khabarovsk Territory

In the region two cities have approved arms: Chabarovsk and Komsomol'sk na Amur. The source book shows Russian civic arms and dates from early 1998.
