Here is what I understood from Santiago's interpretation of
the Yabucoa flag. I do not know which one is right. Usually,
textes seem to be more reliable than images on this Lexjuris
site, but in this very case the description is "a bit"
confusing. Besides, the image in the top of the page probably
looks better than this. Anyone knows which is the right one ?
