Hatillo -- the text says that the stripes are equal but in the image there is a thiner middle stripe. I made two images: No. 1 following the text (probably more reliable, if less telling) and No. 2 more like the image.
This city of 33,000 was founded in 1823. The blue colour on the flag represents the sea bordering Hatillo, the yellow represents the material and artistic wealth of the town, and the green represents the vegetation of the fields throughout the territory of the city.
