The image displayed on the Lexjuris site , seems to have reversed colours. This city of 26,452 inhabitants was founded in 1803. The white comes from the silver field on the town's CoA, [which in turns seems to be representing the sky]. The green stands for vegetation and the yellow replaces the golden enamel used on the CoA for the gullies ["barrancas"].
