A white hawser bolt on blue. Adopted: 14 July 1989. Designer: Jarle E. Henriksen. I am not sure I have translated the name of the device right. The thing is what you use to fasten a boat to land.

A white spiral on blue. Adopted: 12 September 1986. Designer: Arvid Sveen. The spiral represents the strong tidal current called Moskenesstraumen. The drawing is less than perfect because the spiral is difficult to draw.

A white puffin on blue. Adopted: 7 October 1988. Designer: John Digernes. In some renderings, the puffin is armed red. I don't know whether that version is used on the flag, I decided to use the simplest possible drawing (in accordance with the definition).
