White coat of arms on dark purplish blue field.

The coat of arms is a stylized Katakana character E which looks like a pigeon as a symbol of unlimited progress and peace.

The disc form symbolizes people's cooperation and harmony.

Coat of arms adopted 1 August 1965.

Flag unlegislated.
