Anyone know the dates for the flag vertical white-green-white-red-white
(1:1:5:1:1) with shield in center?
Jaume Olle 25 September 1998

There is no date of adoption, since this flag is unofficial. It was used in 1995 when the "flags" of the regions were sent to Rome on the request of the Head of state.
