European Organization for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere (European Southern Observatory). This one is the best flag of them all. It is blue with the Southern Cross (each star is a four ray star, the upper two are small, the lower two are big) in white towards the hoist. At the top of the flag not touching the edge is a white line (or if you want: from the top a big blue line and a normal white one). Proportions: 5:7.
