Founded in 1934 and became the only legal "union" in the Third Reich.

Nationalsozialistische Betriebsorganization (NSBO)

NSBO was a left-wing nazi union. It was planning to become the only union after Hitler came to power. In 1934 Hitler crushed the SturmAbteilung (SA) and the left wing of the party lost all power and the NSBO never gained any influence in the Third Reich.

ReichsArbeitsDienst (RAD)

RAD was offical labour service of the Third Reich. It's history actually began in 1931 when the voluntary Freiwilliger Arbeitsdienst (FAD) was founded. When the Hitler came to power it was renamed Nationalsozialist-Arbeitdienst (NSAD) and in 1934 it was renamed RAD and a six month service was made compulsory.

A square red flag with a centered black white-black-white bordered swastika.At the center a white wreath surrounding a white disk with black RAD insignia (a vertical spade pointed up set between the angle made by two stylized ears of wheat). In each corner a white party type eagle with a white wreath and black swastika, head pointed towards the center of the flag. The entire flag is bordered white-black-white.

At the center a white wreath surrounding a white disk with black ReichsArbeitsDienst insignia (a vertical spade pointed up set between the angle made by two stylized ears of wheat). In upper fly the unit name in white. Surrounded by a silver fringe (except at hoist).
