Mr. Jaramillo may well have noticed the flag of his province.
But it is not according to Profesor Restrepo Uribe who informed
about a green, yellow, red. A change, perhaps? In my city lives
another citizen born in Armenia (Colombia), but he has never
heard of provincial flags (he came to Catalonia twenty years ago).
