Franciscan Saint

Franciscan Saint (Curly-headed tonsure, brown habit, halo).

Wood, gesso, paint; glass eyes; 4'.

Gold stars have been painted onto the habit. The hands are of fine work. The face is young and bland. The statue has been greatly damaged by rain.

Location: Middle left of the first of the four retablos along the north wall of the nave.
