Crucifix

Polychrome loincloth. Wood, gesso, paint; 8' total height.

The eyes are closed and there is less blood than with most of the Yan-huitlán crucifixes. The figure is bald. The crosspieces are intricately carved spirals.

Location: East wall of the convento museum.
