A community of descendants of ex-USA slaves settled in 1824. Features of creolization and archaic Black English. It may not be a creole but a regional variety of uncreolized English. Spanish is now used as second language. Some also use Haitian Creole French. It is reported that there was a settlement of African slaves here in the early 1500's. Survey needed.
