Spoken by 2,000 people in Milne Bay Province, Bwanabwana District, Engineer Islands, Laseinie Islands, Ware Island, Kitai Island and southeast peninsula of Basilaki Island, Papua New Guinea. Also on the following islands: Tubetube, Naluwaluwali (Skeleton), Kwalaiwa, Koyagaugau (Dawson), Ole, Tewatewa, Anagusa and Buyali, Papua New Guinea.
