Asemona (Num 34:4-5), a city in the desert south of Judaea, which separates Egypt and the outlet to the sea of the lot of the tribe of Judah. I have mentioned above Asemona as a station of the sons of Israel. (Eusebius, Onomasticon 14:4-6; Jerome 15:4-6) |
