Kh. Sihan, Tell Sihan, Seana

Following the Madaba Map, ancient Seana is to be located in this area: the khirbeh which preserves its name is 10 kilometers southeast of Gaza. The SWP (III, p. 252) reports ruins and cisterns. The Schedule (no. 1318) adds also marble fragments.
